Delete your GymOrigin account

You can permanently delete your GymOrigin account and all associated data. This erases your gym, all members, plans, memberships, payments, attendance records, your profile, and your login. This cannot be undone.

Option 1 — Delete inside the app (fastest)

  1. Open GymOrigin and log in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account and data are removed immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion from us

If you can't access the app, message us from the phone number or email on your account and we will delete it within 7 days.

What is deleted

Staff accounts: deleting your account removes only your own access, not the gym's data.
